This site exists because addiction is very real. It changes and destroys people, and often destroys entire families. Having seen addiction up close, I wanted to create something that could help people understand it and find their way forward.

Why Your Support Helps

AddictionCheck.com is a grassroots project developed through custom AI workflows, a curated research database, and a human-directed development process.

There are no sponsors, no investors, and no advertising revenue. It stays independent because it is intended to remain free.

Every check, article, and tool on this site requires significant research, writing, design, and development. Each one takes days or sometimes weeks to get right.

Where Your Support Goes

Develop new content - new checks, helpful articles, innovative tools, videos

Improve existing tools - based on real feedback from people like you

Keep the site free and confidential - no tracking, no paywalls, no signups

Reach more people - so these tools reach those who need them most

Every Contribution Helps

Every contribution goes straight into expanding this project and reaching more people who need it.

Donations are accepted in cryptocurrency - Bitcoin, Ethereum, Stablecoins, and many others.

If this site has helped you, or if you believe in the fight against addiction, please consider supporting it.

Thank you for supporting an independent project dedicated to helping people better understand addiction.
